Yes! You may reserve and prepay toward your rental online by Bank transaction with a credit or debit card. Please contact our customer care representative to provide you our Bank account details. Yes, deposits vary depending on the rental agreement type and payment method.

Yes, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any additional fees.

Yes. There is a 1-hour grace period; after that, hourly charges apply. Returns delayed over 3 hours will incur a full-day late fee.

Fuel costs are not included. Cars are provided with approximately half a tank.

No, unless you request additional services such as a personal driver or urgent exchanges.

We offer a wide range of clean, regularly inspected hatchback cars with 24-hour support.

Smoking is not encouraged inside or outside the vehicles.

Yes, with advance notice of 3 to 6 hours by contacting our customer care.

Extensions depend on vehicle availability. If the car is booked, you can exchange it for another model.

Contact our sales team for minor issues; for major problems, stay with the vehicle and wait for assistance or the police.

If you have an accident, do not leave the scene of the accident. Contact the police. If no one was hurt and vehicle damage is minor, drivers are recommended to move their vehicles to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic. Otherwise, the vehicles should not be moved. Obtain the report from police and submit it to Kokos Rental.
